　　内容回忆Do you think policies in school should be entirely decided by school administrators or should students be involved in the discussion through voting?

　　参考答案For me, I definitely believe that students should be allowed to be involved in the process of making school policies, because there are many benefits in doing so. First, students can have a channel to express their concerns and requirements. After all, they are the ones who are living and studying on campus. And also, by voting, the students will be forced to seriously consider the pros and cons of issues and form a good habit of expressing their ideas through meaningful ways like voting. For example, I really hope to have more basketball courts on campus, and that our school can keep the debate club next year, but I can only express my ideas if the school allow me to vote on these issues.

　　阅读报纸新闻：学校打算兴建一个Spanish house学生在里面使用西语交流日常语言，还有教授组织大家去比较近的西语地区旅游参观

　　听力女生很赞同；

　　她觉得在house练习日常用语对提升西语很有帮助。去旅游很有趣，虽然自己一个人也能去，但是如果有知识渊博的人讲解参观地的各种艺术品文化渊源收获会更多

　　阅读概念：communal feeding

　　定义：两种动物之间的关系，一种动物跟着另一种可以获得好处。但是另一方并不因此获益或者受害。

　　听力例子：一种鸟吃藏在草下土里的虫子，他们可以独立捕猎，但是跟着吃草的老鼠它们可以更轻松地吃到虫子

　　话题员工岗位轮转的两个好处

　　听力First advantage：公司的各种需求都可以被灵活满足，因为well trained的员工可以应付各种职位。

　　Example:服装店的员工既可以卖衣服也可以在有需求的时候卖鞋子。

　　Second advantage：员工成为管理层后更了解基层的各类细节。

　　Example:一个服装店的管理，需要知道各个部门的活动来更好地安排。
