　　早起 Get up early

　　1) Well, usually I get up early at around 7 o’clock in the morning because it gives me a kick start for the day ahead. And it allows me more hours for my work, boosting my productivity. But sometimes, I would choose to sleep late if I hang out with my friends last night.

　　2) There are many things that I do in the morning. On top of that, I would drink a cup of water to keep all my digestive process running smoothly. After that, I tend to do some easy exercise to relax my body. Then I eat breakfast and drink a cup of coffee to gain energy.

　　3) Yes, I think breakfast is the most important meal of the day. For one, it boosts my energy and helps me concentrate in the short term. On the other hand, it helps me control my weight because I would not have appetite for other snacks after having breakfast.

　　4) Of course the Saturday morning is the best because it is the day I get most rest. On weekdays, I tend to rush in the morning and sometimes even skip the breakfast because I might be late for work. But on Saturday mornings, I could get up whenever I want and enjoy a hearty breakfast.

　　5) Well, currently I’d like to keep my morning routine because I feel quite energetic and take lesser time to finish a task that would take more time otherwise. Also, getting up early and enjoying my breakfast eliminate the need to rush in the morning, which helps me keep fit. But in the future when I become a freelancer and don’t need to go to company, I might consider changing my morning routine.
