1) There are many things that I would do to relax myself. When I'm feeling stressed, I would take a step outside and go for a short walk. Or I would just look at images of nature with greenery on a computer screen to help me calm down.
2) Yes, I do think doing exercise is useful in making us unwind. Aerobic exercise, in particular, can reduce stress effectively because it can improve our body, metabolism, heart and spirits. In addition, it has a unique capacity to provide stimulation and calm, thus delivering great benefits for us to unwind ourselves.
3) Yes, I think so. For one, vacation can be regarded as an extended period of recreation so that I can escape the daily routine and do something different to increase personal happiness. For another, it works well in relieving stress because I tend to move more and sleep more during vacation, and my body and mind will feel much better and restored.
4) Yes, I do think they need more time to get relaxation. This is because relaxation helps improve their academic performance because they can have a calmer and clearer mind, which helps positive thinking, concentration, memory and decision making. Otherwise, failure to strike a balance between studying and relaxation tends to increase the chances of becoming totally stressed out and overwhelmed by everything they need to get done.
