I wanna talk about the library on the campus of my university. It’s a three-storeyedbuilding.Normally, only the UNI students go to there.it looks blocky and the exterior is gorgeous.there are glass curtain walls on 3 sides of the library, which makes it so light and airy. On the first floor, there are staffs working near the circulation desk in the entrance hall. In the center of the level, many computers are located there, and the speed of online searching is very fast, that’s why I usually spent heaps time there. After passing the computer area, many rooms with computers inside are in front of you; those rooms are used for group teaching. The upstairs level is the silent level, which means no talk or discussion is allowed. There are many bookshelves on one side and a great number of computers on the other side. I am a regular on this level because it’s a good place for self-study and preparation for exams. I find myself get distracted easily at home, by movies, playing games or eating something and cant focus on study, So during exam period, I go to library almost everyday. It is always packed in exam period, and I have to get there in the early morning to get a seat. Lets move to the ground level, the bottom level, there is no natural light there because its under the ground, there are many books and magazines you can read and check out, I don’t go to this level a lot as there is no window, which means no views, but its quiet area too, if I can’t find a seat in my favorite second floor, ill go to this level.
I like this library a lot, because when I am studying here, I’m not alone, and there are no other entertaining devices to distract me. In addition, I can book a study room and meet up my classmates there doing some group study, which is more efficient.
